We provide professional massage therapy and wellness treatments by appointment only. Services may include (but not limited to) Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, lymphatic drainage, reflexology, and wellness consultations.

• Appointments must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or in person.
• Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in shortened treatment time or cancellation.
• Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-shows will be charged the full service amount.

• All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT (if applicable).
• Payment is accepted via EFT, cash, or credit card.
• Online bookings may require a deposit or pre-payment.

Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment. Please consult your doctor before receiving treatment if you have any medical condition. You are required to disclose relevant health information during booking or intake.

We maintain a safe, professional, and respectful environment. Any inappropriate behavior (e.g., sexual advances, harassment, intoxication) will result in immediate termination of the session and a permanent ban from our services.

We do not offer refunds for completed services. Refunds for pre-paid bookings may be considered at our discretion, in line with our cancellation policy.

We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during or after treatments unless due to proven negligence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the current terms.

• Medical and treatment history (with your consent)
• Payment details (securely processed via third-party services)
